Fienhage GmbH acquires SALMET GmbH & Co. KG

Fienhage GmbH takes over the products and brand of the company SALMET from Southern Germany.

Fienhage is a leading provider of innovative solutions for poultry equipment and announced today that it had acquired the products and brand of the SALMET company as an asset deal. The family-owned company SALMET is also active in the development, production, and distribution of poultry management systems.

Fienhage is now able to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its expertise in poultry farming. The family-run company guarantees consistently high quality in the development, production, and distribution of SALMET systems. The company develops, produces, and distributes complete solutions for poultry housing equipment and employs over 200 staff members.

Customers of both companies will benefit from an improved service offering and an expanded product portfolio. SALMET products will continue to be offered under the well-known brand name.
