In addition to its well-known equipment, Salmet is expanding with its cage-free systems plus its energy saving concepts, introducing a total package for broiler growing systems plus renewable farm energy systems, all this with its innovative monitoring and reporting hard and software packages.
Further, Salmet’s RBM’s are using state of the art Apps to present the poultry equipment solutions and farm designs to customers in 3D and Augmented Reality.
Regional Business Manager (RBM)
The RBM is a salesperson with an established track record in selling capital goods/projects in one or more of the Latin American countries. You are a businessperson with a strong network in the agricultural (livestock) industry, proven sales skills of projects/capital goods, knowledge of animal husbandry (preferably poultry). In addition to Spanish you communicate in an advanced level in the English language.
Customer’s trust you because you are able to understand their needs and translate these needs into professional poultry husbandry solutions. Than you continue to convert these solutions into a long term partnership with the customer. You are a self driven person who continuously strives for achieving your goals in your markets.
