CRM/BUSINESS PROCESS MODELLING MANAGER

We are looking for a CRM / Business Process Modelling Manager to work together with several departments within the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s University degree
  • Degree in Business Information Technology, Process and/or Data Analysis, or similar
  • Based in the Philippines, preferably in Davao City (to work in our office) or willing to move to Davao City.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in using and maintaining CRM Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with foreign colleagues worldwide and open to cultural differences.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse technologies and techniques.
  • Being able to work self-driven to establish goals within a timeframe.
  • Being able to think Project Oriented.
  • Excellent knowledge using Microsoft Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Able and willing to visit the headquarters in Germany up to a few times per year.

Tasks:

  • To recognize and to model business processes and mapping of these processes in CRM.
  • The conception of company-specific CRM processes and their integration into the existing process landscape.
  • Identification of process gaps in CRM and initiation of their closure.
  • Testing implemented new / changed features.
  • Coordination and communication between software developer(s), sales, and management
  • Training of employees in handling the CRM system.
